Xin Gang Seafood, established in 1959, retains its old cooking style. Its second-generation owner once traveled far to Japan to learn to make Japanese seafood cuisine. After returning to Taiwan, he brought together the good sides of Taiwanese and Japanese seafood cuisine to serve his clients. There is not a fixed menu at the restaurant.
