Our restaurant was established several generations ago and we are thus experts in seafood. Throughout the years, we have invented quite a few signature dishes, such as squid sashimi which is perfect with beer and wine; fish fins seasoned with refreshing sweet olive flowers, “flying tiger” fish balls made with fresh fish pulp and braised pork.
