We use high-quality sticky rice of Taiwan and low-sugar filling to hand-make our rice balls, which taste smooth and al-dente. The fillings are agreeably sweet, and the wrappers are thin. Our chefs insist on using the most natural ingredients without harmful additives. Many of our customers come a long way to Yilan to buy our desserts as take-home souvenirs.
