FAQ

How can I apply for guide service?

Applications for interpretation services should be made two weeks before arrival and include such information as the group's name, date of visit, contact person and phone number. A fee of NT$700 will be charged for each guide requested. Applications can be mailed to:

How can I make an appointment to view multimedia presentations?
Presentations can be specially arranged for groups of over 30 persons upon request. Please apply two weeks before the date of your visit by mail, phonethis website or e-mail. You can also fill-in an application on the day of your visit, though please note that such requests are handled on a first come first serve basis. What are the show times for the multimedia presentations at the Fulong Visitor Center, Dali Visitor Center, and Kueishan Island Visitor Center?
Fulong Visitor Center: The First Audiovisual Room, which is set out like a movie theater at the center can accommodate up to 160 people. The center is currently showing an 18-minute feature called: "Taiwan's Azure Coast - The Northeast and Yilan Coast National Scenic Area"

Conference Room 2 shows a 3%-minute-video on "Touring the Northeast Coast"

Dali Visitor Center: Presentations are shown at the Conference Room, which can accommodate up to 80 people.

Kueishan Island Visitor Center: The Presentation Room can accommodate 42 people for presentations requested on-site. The center is now showing "Touring the Northeast Coast" (3% minutes) and "Oceanic Ecology Park-Kueishan Island" (35 minutes)
What are the opening hours for the Fulong Visitor Center, Dali Visitor Center, and Kueishan Island Visitor Center?

The Fulong Visitor Center and Dali Visitor Center are open 8:30 a.m. ~ 5:30 p.m. in the summer (May 31 to September 30); and 9:00 a.m. ~ 5:00 p.m. the rest of the year
The Kueishan Island Visitor Center is usually open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from March 1 to October 31, subject to weather conditions.
